FY2026 Locality Pay Tables Released
The Office of Personnel Management published final FY2026 locality pay tables. All NATCA-represented facilities received at minimum a 2.3% locality adjustment effective PP01 2026.

FAA Shutdown 2026 — Pay & Benefits Impact
NATCA leadership is coordinating with FAA on pay continuity during the FY2026 CR negotiations. Controllers designated "excepted" must report as scheduled — pay will be retroactive once appropriations are restored. MAP counseling remains fully operational.
